Hello Everyone
I am currently living near Vancouver, Canada on PR. Have a valid H1B and still employed with my employer located in California. I was planning to crossing the border to Washington state to visit the place with my own vehicle for may be 2-3 days and return back to Canada. My question are:
1. Would there be any issue crossing the border at Washington state because
a. I am residing in Canada for a while and,
b. My employer is in California and not in WA.
2. Would there be issue if I am driving my own vehicle (British Columbia registration plate)?
3. What kind of issue could I face and what kind of questions would the office at the port of entry ask me.
I appreciate for any inputs and your time.
