Current employer reference letter

Dear Friends,
My case is little confusing. Let me explain my job experience.

Dec 2012 to Oct 2013 : abc company (Have reference letter)
Nov 2013 to Jan 2015 : cde company (Have reference letter)
Feb 2015 to May 2015 : I worked in a small company, but don't have any reference letter
June 2015 to Oct 2017 : cde company. (Have reference letter
Nov 2017 to Dec 2017 : again worked in a small company (Don't have reference letter)
Jan 2018 to till date : (Again cde company called me back and working there)

So in a nutshell i have 5 years of experience with all supportive documents and reference letter. But as mentioned above, i have resigned from the cde company twice and rejoined after some gap. My plan is to show the abc and cde company (which have reference letter) in the EE profile and avoid the current employment details (that is again the same cde company) and later after ITA mention the current employment in cde company and the small gaps which are in two other companies in personal history.

Is this the right approach in my case? Please advise.
I am mentioning the cde as my current employee in the personal history, because if there is any verification from the VO, the cde company will tell that he is currently working.
