csq and FSW

got nominated by quebec under the family class as my husband lives in montreal. but got rejected because the officer does not believe in the marriage. so my husband and i are thinking of using my csq to apply for the FSW as a quebec nominee. i want to know if my CSQ is valid for this or if i have to start the process of applying for a new CSQ.

pls i will be happy to have feedback from any one on this forum that has an idea of this. thanks all in advance

NO... you can't use this CSQ for the FSW visa.

You get a Family class CSQ, is totally different from a CSQ of FSW, that they give with points, from your studies and if your work is in the list ... and show a minimun of french or english

So you need to make another demand for a CSQ.
