Hi... If you have a CRS more than the cutoff, does it gurantee an ITA? What about the number of people who will be issued the ITA as per ministerial instructions?
Eg:- if there are more than 2000 people above 450 and the cutoff is 450, will all of them be issued ITA or only the number specified by ministerial instructions??
