CRS - Arranged Employment

I notice that in CRS,

The 600 is given for "Arranged Employment" (instead of a plain word "perm job offer"), which most likely indicates a job offer with a LMIA process.

Now comes the key question : Does this also apply to the PGWP holders ? Meaning the PGWP holders are also on the same boat as the offshore applicants. and their job offer has to go through a LMIA process to earn this 600 points ?

I thought this would be fair to all the potential applicants, any thought ?

haha this is a boiling hot topic here. Majority of the forum members think that to get 600 points you have to have LMIA, no matter if you are on PGWP or not.

My personal opinion lies somewhere in the middle, because of the CEC category conditions; but I would not count on it. Safest way to get 600 points, get a LMO.
