CRS 455 enough to get an ITA?

I am having CRS score 455 combined with my spouse. Is this score enough to get an ITA as my spouse haven't given IELTS yet.

Yes it should be well enough given the latest trends.
But do have spouse IELTS done for safety for the future, to protect yourself against drop in score due to age later or something.
That's like 20 points more, which should secure you ITAs for many many upcoming draws just in case.
