Hi

I'm planning to move to Toronto this year. I am clueless which area (in Toronto) should I migrate to. I have the following criteria in my mind. Please help me with your suggestions.

1. The area should be near to Public Transport (10-15 minutes walk maximum)
2. The place should be close to commercial hubs (where most of the jobs exist, like we have Noida & Gurgaon in Delhi, India)
3. I would also favour Indian community in the neighbourhood.
4. The house rentals are not too high.

Thanks in advance! Any help would be appreciated.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Most members will probably tell you to find a temporary home first, such as this in my older post:

After a while, you might a find a more experienced realtor that can show you around for house hunting for a more permanent home.
