credit card info, IMM5770

hey guys,

I have a quick question regarding the exp date of the card.
If mine is 02/2019, the leading zero seems missing in the form, does it matter? it just shows "month 2" and year is okay, 2019.
should I print the form and manually add the month to make it as "02"?

You have to print it to sign it anyways, don't you? Won't it let you edit the form? They are available on the CIC site http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5770E.PDF



I think it's probably fine as-is, but no harm in fixing it if it's not too much trouble. Adobe Reader DC lets you annotate any PDF even if it's locked, just click the tool.
