There is no way to reach CRC cut-off scores with my profile. Isn't there?

if I get 8 on each section, can I make it to the express entry?

has your bachelor’s been assessed as such. You will not get an invitation based on current scores (468+). What is your NOC.

Yes, it has been assessed. I think NOC is 6411. One position two years as an import and export specialist and the other one 6 months as a marketing specialist.

Foreign graduates are treated all the same. There is no more points for going to a US school.

To become eligible for a Canada PR visa, one must score a minimum CLB level 7 that is score 6 in all the IELTS Band. Hence, an IELTS score of 7.5 or 7 will be enough to make you eligible for the Canadian immigration process.
