CPCO final request - VFS Global

I received final request from IRCC to submit passport and photographs. However, when I login to www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india I am unable to find a way to request for passport transmission services. Also, do I need to fill an application for opting these services. Whenever I click on any link I am redirected to IRCC.

Can anybody please help in clearing my confusion?

All you need to do is visit VFS office in person with your passports, photocopies, photographs with a print out of CIC mailer.

They would issue you a token and receive your documentation, collect fee (around 600 INR) and return your passport after COPR/stamping

There is no online appointment etc required to get this processed. VFS usually operates from Mon-Fri 9am-4pm, yet you can call their helpline for address/ work timings etc.
