I want to know that if anyone has withdrawn from the program without fee payment, though you were liable to pay fee as the last day to withdraw from program without any fee liability has already passed.
I want to withdraw from my program(I have not paid any fee yet), but the university says that I'm liable to fees. What if I just withdraw from program and join another one ...........Anyone has any experience in this regard ?
