Which is better . Sending documents by courier or mail . If we are sending outland application from pakistan . In terms of service which is better . Is fedex service good ? And what will be the corresponding address ?

Send by courier to the courier address .. couriers dont go to po box address in Canada .. and make sure u sign up for text messagin feature .. google it ..

Send it by courier obviously. DHL is good. Ask for discount, they give upto 30-40% discount. Most reliable.
