Couple - Applying together or separately?

Dear,

My partner and I are looking forward to applying soon under the same NOC (2171). Each of us tried the score calculator and got around 350+- points.

Our question is,

Should we apply separately?
Should we apply as main applicant & spouse?

If we apply together, does my partner get the same Visa with the same rights (to work, study, etc.)?

You can apply seperately but you still have to declare your better half in the application tho. Failure to do could mean either misrepresention or permanent ineligibility of the family member.
I'd suggest Try combining the scores and see how much you score.

There are lots of quick ways of getting good scores together as well.
For instance, improve your ielts and try giving TEF if possible.

DOES my partner get the same Visa? Will he be able to work and study legally? We would be applying under NOC 2171.

Yes. Not only your panty but everyone you mentioned in your application. Kids etc. You all will get PR together.
