Costs for medicals in Eastern U.S.

Hello all,
I made some calls this morning to find prices for medical examinations in the eastern U.S. I thought this information might be helpful to others. I called providers in D.C., Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York. The cheapest is in Newark, NJ for $255 for each adult and $100 for each child. The medicals seem cheaper in Canada, for example I found doctor Vicente Pinilla in Toronto for $139 adult, $60 for child, and $45 for baby. So I could save $327 by going to Toronto. So here goes:

I personally found this information useful as I was planning to do due diligence about this info!
