Thanks for your response.

Also, I was wondering what would be the closest matching job title from the NOC list?

Job title has to be what would be mentioned in your reference letter. But your roles and responsibility needs to align with the lead statement of the selected NOC code. The code I suggested appeared to me a close one to your job description but I might be wrong. You will see in the portal, some other related NOC codes will be suggested with same code. Pick a code that is very close to your roles. Getting NOC code right is very important cause lot of rejections happens when your work reference letter had description that does not align with your selected NOC code.

Thanks deeps1987

I have one more query.

My work experience info is as follows:

Scenario 1: Feb 2014 - Jun 2016 - worked as customer service associate ( chat process) for the retail department. Not sure if Iam eligible for FSW under this work skill.

Scenario 2: Jun 2016 - Aug 2017 -

Moved to supply chain division of the same company through internaI job posting, where I worked as a transportation specialist for supply chain/ logistics process which hopefully falls under NOC 1215.

Now my question is :

1. Can I claim only the experience under Scenario 2, since it might fall under the 'Skill type B'? I have the supporting offer letter mentioning my joining date and salary mentioned, although it was an internal movement.

However, this experience is only for 14 months out of total experience of 3.5 years. Would it suffice?

Iam still figuring out what to do with my experience in Scenario 1, which might fall under Skill type ' C'.

2. However, in my relieving letter, It mentions my complete experience from Feb 2014 to Aug 2017, although it mentions my position as transportation specialist as per scenario 2 at the time of leaving. I was a bit concerned about it, since the job listed in Scenario 1 might be Skill level ' C'

Lastly, I've not been doing anything great since August 2017 due to health and family reasons.

Can I mention in my LOI that I was unemployed and looking for better opportunities to cover up for the gap in my career?

[deeps1987]: You claim of 14 months experience would be sufficient to meet Foreign skilled worker (FSW) eligibility as the criteria is that your experience must be in the same type of job (have the same NOC) within the last 10 year for at least 1 year of continuous full time work. However, you may get less point for CRS score which may impact your chances for getting invitation to apply for PR.

You can choose to not list the the first role in your work history and only mention it under Personal history.

2. However, in my relieving letter, It mentions my complete experience from Feb 2014 to Aug 2017, although it mentions my position as transportation specialist as per scenario 2 at the time of leaving. I was a bit concerned about it, since the job listed in Scenario 1 might be Skill level ' C'
[deeps1987]: If you have documents for entire 3 years indicating that you worked on Skill type B, then probably you claim entire 3 year with that role. However, note that the relieving letter is not usually a sufficient document as they do not provide details of your roles & responsibilities. You need to provide a letter from Amazon that provides that information, and for you that letter would be key as it may describe the duration.

Lastly, I've not been doing anything great since August 2017 due to health and family reasons.

Can I mention in my LOI that I was unemployed and looking for better opportunities to cover up for the gap in my career?
[deeps1987]: You do not have to explain if you are not working since Aug 2017 unless they seek more details about your current occupation.
