Our copr expires in feb 2023. How long before that we can land in Canada and apply for PR card. We applied outland.
To my undesranding we have to apply after we land in Canada and it take about 80 days?

Anytime between now and the date that it expires. Your PR card can only be mailed to an address in Canada. No idea how long it takes, but because of the recent storm [Fiona] that just hit Sydney, N.S., where the cards are produced,I suspect the delays will be a bit longer.
