COPR and Medical Exam

Hello All,
I have not received COPR yet but medical exam has been passed. My medical exam was completed on 10Nov2020 and so it should be valid until 9Nov 2021. I wanted to check if I redo the medical exam now, will IRCC provide COPR validity date based on new exam date or old one? Anyone pass through this situation before?

I am in the same spot now,. Medical expires in April and got PPR today , any update on your end ?
