Continuous Fulltime Student and PGWP

Hi.

I have a question on the PGWP program for a friend.

He has been studying at a post graduate school, a flight school (vocational studies) for professional pilot program, for now 7 month.

He is expecting to return to his home country for a month to visit family and come back.

Does that mean his visit is considered a break from being continuous? The flight school doesn't have scheduled breaks, it's weather dependent for completion of the program.

Will he qualify for tur 3 year PGWP?

First make sure this school is elligable for PGWP, and the rules are you cant take break which is not part of the program but school should know from experience.
