Here are the the list of ECA outcomes which we are aware that are supported by ECA reports:

World Education Services (WES):

a) Bachelors - Usually evaluated as Bachelors only

b) MBA - Apart from PGDM from IIM and IIT, all other

Indian Universities MBA are assessed as Post

Graduate Diploma of one year (Since June 2018)

c) M.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Ed - Evaluated as Masters

d) M. Sc/M. Com/M.A - Evaluated as either Post Graduate diploma or Bachelors

e) BDS/MDS - Evaluated as professional degree

f) B.Pharm/M. Pharm - Evaluated as Bachelors and PGD/Bachelors respectively

g) B.Com/B.A followed by LLB - Evaluated as Professional degree

Timelines: 35 days from the day all the documents are accepted and be mindful about secondary which may take forever depends upon the university's response

Application Process: Transcripts must be posted ONLY by universities and you can fax your degree/provisional certificate in the number : +1 - 416-972-9004

Fees: 200 CAD for any number of credentials and 100 CAD for upgrade + Courier charges

2) Comparative Education Service (CES):

a) Bachelors - Usually evaluated as Bachelors only

b) MBA - All Indian Universities MBA are assessed as Masters

c) M.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Ed - Evaluated as Masters

d) M. Sc/M. Com/M.A - Evaluated as either Post Graduate diploma or Bachelors

e) BDS/MDS - Evaluated as professional degree

f) B.Pharm/M. Pharm - Evaluated as Bachelors and PGD/Bachelors respectively

Timelines: 90 days from the day all the documents are received

Application Process: Transcripts can be posted by the applicants themselves

Fees: 210 CAD for each credential + Courier charges/Order for softcopy or free of cost for pickup at university of toronto office option

3) International Credential Evaluation Service (ICES):

a) Bachelors - Usually evaluated as Bachelors only

b) MBA - All Indian Universities MBA are assessed as Masters

c) M. Sc/ M.A - Evaluated as Masters

d) M.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Ed - Evaluated as Masters

e) BDS/MDS - Evaluated as professional degree

f) B.Pharm/M. Pharm - Evaluated as Bachelors and PGD/Bachelors respectively

Timelines: 20 weeks from the day all the documents are received

Application Process: Transcripts must be posted or emailed to icesinfo@bcit.ca ONLY by universities

Fees: 200 CAD for each credential

4) International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS):

a) Bachelors - Usually evaluated as Bachelors only

b) MBA - All Indian Universities MBA are assessed as Masters

c) M.A/ M. Sc/M. Com - Evaluated as Masters

d) M.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Ed - Evaluated as Masters

e) BDS/MDS - Evaluated as professional degree

f) B.Pharm/M. Pharm - Evaluated as Bachelors and PGD/Bachelors respectively

g) B.Com/B.A followed by LLB - Evaluated as Professional degree

Timelines: 23 weeks from the day all the documents are received

Application Process: Transcripts can be posted either by universities or applicants themselves

7) Medical Council of Canada (MCC):

a) MBBS/MD/MS - Evaluated as professional degree

Timelines: 14 business days for soft copy and 8 weeks for the hard copy from the day all the documents are received

Application Process: Transcripts can be posted by applicants themselves

Fees: 111 CAD for any number of credentials + Courier charges
