Confusion about Work experience question

[MMPL]

In express entry profile there are two question about work experience

1 ) In the last ten years, how many years of skilled work experience in Canada do you have?

I had one year of experience in Canada Under NOC B category (So I can enter 1)

2) In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have?

I do not have any back home experience. But in last 10 years I have 1 years of skilled experience So I have to enter 0 or 1.

The second question refers to foreign work experience.

The second question should be foreign work.

So if you don't have any skilled work outside if Canada you will put 0.
