Confusion about ECA. Highest degree only?

Hello,
I have a masters from the UK and an undergraduate degree from Pakistan. i got my ECA done for my highest degree (master's) after a lot of research. What do you guys say? Anyone whos done it before. Also, check out the following link:

i was thinking ill give a reference of this link the letter of explanation. I am all set to submit my docs and make the payment. This will be really helpful. thanks

You don't need to get the UG degree evaluated - highest degree is sufficient. You can mention your UG degree under personal history section.

No need for LOE for this in my opinion.
