Anyone hear of anyone kicked out of canada for not staying in marriage for 2 years after perm recident.on a condtional permemant recident.re adultry

The number is very few but it has happened. Someone posted an article a few months ago about a particular case.

U think there is away I can find that artical?I think if they make a law like this they have to back it up, or it would be pointless to have the conditional

Someone did post a link but I can't find it right now. Maybe someone else will remember.

The issue with this rule is that it is a pretty new rule so there just hasn't been enough of a sample size yet. But there definitely was one case for sure because I distinctly remember it.

Ok I found the link. I'm sorry to say that I was mistaken. Someone was reported to CIC, and CIC took the action to revoke PR, but the person successfully appealed it by saying the sponsor abused them and was able to keep PR.

Thank u.in my case there was no abuse.i guess my husband could make up a story tho.he waited to get pr, and 6 months later he cheated and left with new gf.
