Conditional letter offer

Hey,
I will apply my visa in a day or so.
My profile is
Got 90% in 10th class
Got 80% in 12 th class
Got aggregate of 75% in btech
Ielts score 7
Will be applying for lakehead university in canada.
"But will apply with a conditional letter
What are my chances in visa approval
Will they accept on a conditional letter
Please help asap

Why they issue conditional letter altough you have strong profile.?

Because i havent provided them with my proof of degree but now i have couriered them my final semester marksheet and provisional certificate
Hope they provide me with unconditional letter but if not will my visa be approved??

Generally they mentioned condition in your letter. What are those conditions?

You can always explained in forwarding letter that why you are applying with conditional letter and explain your reasons.
You should be fine.

I will apply offline and the condition on the offer letter was final semester marksheet and proof of degree
If my university provide me with the unconditional letter on the documents that i have courierd then it will be fine
But if not then what should i do?

you can submit offline and add forwarding letter and explained same related to to why you are applying with conditional letter.

Also write you have already sent required docs to canada and waiting for final letter but I am later for sept 2017 intake so applying with conditional letter.

Please apply asap as you are late for Sept 2017.

if you apply after August 1 as per cic webiste it says most likely it is rejected.
