I have assessed my educational documents by The University of Toronto. Is it enough for quebec immigration or i have to get them assessed also by the quebec authorities?

one more question... the form available on their website is in french how can i get the english version?

Welcome to Quebec . If the "English" button is not available on the top right hand side of the page on the Immigration Quebec website, the form is only available in French.

A reminder: for Quebec government services, any documents/website pages in English are provided as a courtesy. The official language in QC is French. Quebec is not a bilingual province.
