Hello, I am applying for Common law sponsorship(within Canada) and open work permit.

I have two questions.

The instruction says I gotta put N/A for every blanks that I make. Does it mean for example, PO box, Apt/unit., dates as well? Even if I can't validate if I pit N/A on those should I just print it that way or write it down?

And should I get notary's sign for my papers?

Thank you
