I heard that in qebec we can apply college and after college we can apply for pgwp and some colleges not asking for language skills. If you speak English it is enough to study there .
Is anyone know how it works . How much I should pay to college in advance. I have been told also in qebec I can apply for pr after school if I have B2 French .
