Hi,

In the section EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS they ask:

College or university documents: certification of completion and the
graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and
the evaluation committee;

I am Administrator. They are talking about:

My Diplomas and a document that certifies my degrees?
My Diplomas and a document that certifies that I finished my studies at the University?

Do you have a Diploma or degree?
If yes, then get them what they want. They want the Diploma/Degree, Transcripts, College/University notification that you have completed your degree/diploma course succesfully etc. If you don't want to send them the originals you will need to have them Notarized and if they are in a language other than English and french, then you will have to have them translated as well.

If no, then calculate your Education points according to the table on the CIC Website - no of years of studies completed and award yourself points accordingly.

What do you mean by you are an Administrator? - Being an Administrator according to what I understand will give you points for experience and not Education.
I'd advice you to download the OP6e.PDF and go through it.
