I have been trying to move my parents from Beijing to Canada throught family class. When I checked online of the status, it says "Permanent Residence Application status - In Process" and if I click the link with "In Process", it says "We received your application for permanent residence on December 13, 2010. We started processing your application on February 14, 2012. " How long is this "In Process" status going to change? I have asked my parents to watch their mailbox closely but no news yet. Is anyone in the similar timeline? I heard they are going to send letter by regular mail but in Beijing the post system is really not that reliable.
Can someone shed some light on this? Thanks in advance!
Oh forgoet to say, it is April 16, 2012. It has been two months now at this status.
