My wife before her marriage didn't use any last name, and after marriage, we didn't apply for her passport, so my last name isn't added to her passport.
In my passport, however, her name is added as the spouse with my last name included. Can you please advise as while applying for SINP and CIC later, should i include my last name in the spouse details. Please note, my last name isn't there in her passport yet.
