Citizenship Application

I will appreciate your kind help to provide me with the proper link to download the citizenship application. I am completing the 3 years stay in Canada by January 19, 2015 so can I submit my application and what documents i need to prepare and attach it to the application. in addition, is the new regulations of 4 years will valid for me.

The new law is still not in force. you will apply under current law 3 years out of 4

The new rule has not been implemented yet but no body knows when exactly it will be implemented !
