I was wondering if anyone can help? Is there a relation between the application duration and the citizenship office. In other words, would the application be faster if I am living in Manitoba instead of Ontario? Someone has told me that living in Mississauga would cause longer waiting time since the application would be processed in Toronto while living in Oakville would cause a aster processing time since application would be processed in Hamilton. I've looked at the CIC website trying to find some process details but unfortunately couldn't find any.
The main point of the question is whether the application go through a centralized process or not? Like who is asking for the RQ? Is it the local CIC office or a centralized one?
