Citizenship Application : Interview Scheduled but NEVER got e-mail regarding Interview details and process

Applied for Citizenship application in July 2022. Current status showing "Citizenship test - Completed, and "Background Verification - Completed". all others including Physical Presence - in progress.

Status showing : "You've been scheduled to attend an interview with our official on May 31, 2023. Information and instructions will be sent to you." However NEVER got any email showing interview details. Checked SPAM folder as well. Submitted Web forms multiple time, but NO response / generic response " Info forwarded to responsible office".
Currently, I am out of Canada.
Seeking any advice how to obtain "Interview" and further processing.

You should contact IRCC via phone. Not sure how that can be done from outside Canada. They might have marked you as no show for interview.
