just applied for PR application on 09.06.16 after approval from BCPNP

Do I need to submit Canada police clearance certificate along with my back home police clearance certificate in the CIC Stage PR application package after getting MPNP selection?
N.B: I am living in Canada almost 3 years and planning for the submission of CIC stage PR application (Provincial nominee Economic class).
