Hi i am Anil. i am in USA Now. I have a student visa of USA. i will complete my master in May 2009. than i will go back to India. so my question is than CAN I Apply from india for canada for PR. i mean Can i send my send my file to Buffalo cic office\ even i was in India at that time? can i submit my document to Baffalo office of cic?

yes you can apply from india.

i think once you have gone back to india, you cannot submit to buffalo.

But you can submit to buffalo before you go to india.

I dont know what happens if you apply now and state buffalo in your application to sydney and then you go back to india before you send in your documents to buffalo. I think it should still be okay but i dont know for sure.
