Cic gave a very little time and possibility to be approved?

Yesterday at 18:00 my time cic asked me to submit police certificates before aug 18.

So today i went police office and asked the certificate and it takes about 2 weeks.
And the fastet date i could get is aug 18. Just exactly the last day i could submit my doc.
No matter i asked the office, they could not do it coz it has been a rule.
And they could not help. Police said maybe cic already knew the rule in this country.

I wanted to asked the police certificTe long long time ago, but in my country residence
I only could ask police certificate if only cic or the orginzation gave me offical letter that i need it.

Could u imagine if i didnt to to police office today and went there on monday,
I couldnot get my certificTe on time.

Do u think i might get my visa?
If i submit my docs on aug 18, when would i get my final result?
And the possibility to be approved?
My course started at sep 1.
I dont have that much time anymore..

Currently i work at country residence, i want to resign from my job when i get my visa.
I am not dare enought to resign before i get my visa because
I might be jobless and cant go to canada and need to wait till next year.
But looking for my current situation.
I guess i dont have that much time.

I submitted my online visa june 3rd and aug 4 they asked police certificate.
My estimate processing time was a week.
And check list for my country residence is quite simple
( no need medical check up, police, biometric)
But then i have to add police certificate

You should have gotten your police check done sooner. If you know they will ask for them and they're valid for a couple of months, why didn't you. It's not Vic's fault that you're not prepared.

I cant ask police certificate if cic or the organization did not give me official letter.
While i was waiting my visa,
I called the police office 2 months ago in June,
asked them to give me the certificate.

But the rule in my country residence that
I CANT GET MY POLICE CERTIFICATE UNLESS I HAVE AN OFFICIAL LETER THAT MENTION I NEED IT.
The polcie office in my country residence cant give police certificate if it is not necessary.
I only can get it today because cic gave me the offical letter yesterday at 18;00.
Police office closed at 17:00

I told the office my condition and everything.
The officers told me that it is the rule in this country so he cant help.
And he told me CIC should have known about the rule.

In order to get police certificate in my country residence
1. Valid pasport
2. Residence card
3. Official letter determain that i need to show my criminal records ( i got it yesterday how could i prepare it)
So it is out of my control...

And also the check list for my country residence
1. Application form
2. Finanicial proof
3. LoA
4. Pasport
5. Digital photo

I am celan and has no criminal records so it wont be problem
But do u know how long it may take cic to reach final decission after i submit my police certiifcates?
Shoul i book ticket and resign from my full time job?

exactly do not book ticket or quit job until you have approval in writing/ email, it would be stupid thing to do.
