CEC - August 2014 application Thread , I am one of the applicants from AUg 2014, 60-70% of us received request to complete Schedule A and scan and email it back to CIC, its a normal process, nothing to worry about, just fill it accurately, do remember to give past history of every single month and year for 10 years before you applied and all history after you applied.
in my case when I applied and I filled Schedule A, I only mentioned history from Dec 2004 to Aug 2014, I was missing history of 4 months from Aug 2004 to Nov 2004. Do it asap and send them the scanned pdf copy by replying to the same email. Dont forget to mention your information in a format :
