Cic account linking Family Name problem

did you receive email when you submitted application. there should be case number and with the help of that you can opt alternate way to link the application.

Nope. And i've heard that cic doesnt send a mail anymore. i only got vfs mails and nothing else.

Try to write surname as your family name as both are same. Find your surname on your passport and write the same in the option for family name.

lol that's what the whole problem has been revolving around! i dont have a surname/family name/last name. I have this on passport :

Given name : Sagar
Surname : blank
