CHC LONDON: PASSPORT TRACKING HERE!!!

I had mailed CHC on 26th asking about the PPs. They replied yesterday that they have couriered the PPs on 22nd to Abu Dhabi and gave me the tracking number. Aramex tracking shows 'waiting to update status'. Anyway I hope to get the PPs in Oman at least by next week. Quite relieved.

Thanks to Almighty Allah I just picked up my passport with the Visa and the COPR documents from my lawyer's office. This visa stamp date is July 17,2011. My E-Cas Status still shows In Progress-it has not changed since the day they started processing my application in 2007!

I would like to thank all of you on this board for your guidance and support through this 4 year long process

Wow, good for you. I sent my passport as well a month ago. I have called Aamex yesterday and I was informed that there is no document yet for me to receive from Canada Embassy in Abu Dhabi. I am getting anxious.

Don't worry Dude, If your E-Cas status is DM then you will get your passport in 10-15 days after that if you are living in Abu Dhabi or Saudi Arabia. If you are in Oman on Kuwait add 3-4 more days. Since some of us already received passports this week, there is a very good chance that your passport is also with Aramex or Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

A query - My Ecas still shows 'In Process' although CHC has said that they have courered the passports on 22nd. As per the average, I suppose I should get the Passports in Oman at least by the 6th of August, isnt it? Really looking to getting the PPs in hand coz we would anyway need to travel latest by end of August for landing due to the medicals validity

My status still shows 'In Progress' as of today and I recieved passports back last week. So don't worry about what E-CAS says, just go with what CHC told you. You should recieve your passports back soon. Good Luck!

Cheers!!!!
You can update my status on your list! Visa was stamped on 12.07.2011, DM on 19.07.2011,
passports arrived to Jeddah on 30.07.2011.
