AUG-APRIL NO CONTACT
APRIL 2010 RE POLICE CERTIFICATE REQUEST
APRIL 30 2010 UPDATED POLICE CERTIFICATE SENT
APRIL - UP TILL NOW NO CONTACT

ANY ONE HAVING SAME OR CLOSE TIMELINE PLZ SHARE

seen that it's over 12 months Med must have expired by now...did he had to redo it?

meds were done in may 09 n yes they have been expired.....
he still hasnt been asked for them...

worried wats gonna happen next..

plus got to know from mp tht file is in banckground checks
is it normal?

hi Mariah....
my husband's re-medical and updated Pcc was also asked in May. Since then "background checks" are ongoing. It has been over 14months for us too.
Dunno whether it is normal for them to take so long. coz on their website "14 months" in the max time limit. What to do? May ALLAH help us all.

but they never asked for his re medical although it expired in may 2010.....

wow that's really stupid, they should have asked for re-med by now....hopefully its nothing major. And he should get his re-med request soon.

Mariah...in your case where they haven't asked for a Re-medical yet even after 1.5 months of its expiring..........they might ask u for PPR and Re-medical at the same time.
Once these LONG background checks are done........they'll for sure send u PPR n Re-medical.
It is only a matter of "TIME".

Only ALLAH knows when CHC-ISB will send our husbands request for Passport submission. Now even my hope has lost it. I have given up. May God never give this pain to any enemy even.

My husband med expires next month, even tho they havent asked for re-med, he will do it after Ramadan Month and will send it, :-[ is it ok?

ZOHAL--- the DMP only schedules you for RE-MEDICAL once U have received a letter from embassy to do so. But u can try your luck. All the best !

I talked to my husband, he said they will give him appointment after month(thats what they did last time), but this time he went they give him in this coming week. I am so confused.
