Immigration sent a letter 4 hours ago stating husbands application has been denied because at interview time they didn't believe it was genuine...

strange because we have a daughter :-\ :'(

Now I'm going to appeal and prove to them how genuine it really is Insha Allah

very sad to hear this. this CIC is ruining our lives and relationships. curse them.

Why curse CIC? Do you seriously think they have a personal grudge against ASyed where they processed and completed thousands of similar cases but decided to decline hers? I am sorry to hear about her case but staff at CIC has a job to do i.e to ensure only the people with legit relationship come to Canada on spousal immigration. As a result, each and every case is scrutinized.

I am not implying anything about ASyed's marriage. All I am saying is if CIC is not convinced with ASyed's application and doubt the relationship's genuinity, the case needs to be better represented with even stronger evidence (I know you have a daughter together but were they looking for some additional documentation?). Obviously there were some red flags somewhere along the line that were not addressed timely. This must be hard for her and her husband. ASyed, my prayers are with you. Allah app kee madad karay !!!
