I have reviewed the application ,documentation ,interview notes and supplemental information rec'd after interview .i note that correspondence and visits have continued ,couple looking comfortable together .i am now satisfied that this is a BF relationship and valid marriage . Am satisfied of intent to reside in CDA..

I need a information....my interview will be on 27 may and my passport was expire 2 months before and i renew it and get new one...so i told my lawyer in Canada that you may send my passport to London visa office...he said no need you just bring it with you on your interview date as it mention on interview letter...I pay landing fee,done re-medical will be on 30 April and get pcc my question is that on interview date when interview pas visa officer may ask that first you give copy of your passport to London visa office then we send you passport request because London visa office don't have my new passport copy...????Senior member plz help me..thanks.

Not really unless they required it from you. They usually asked if someone have criminal record or did something in the past or if you travel somewhere and you lied to them and they find out and they get suspicious on you about something.

2: then I got married in October 2013 my wife have PR card
3: I applied spouse visa in April 2014 and my file transferred to LVO in May 2014
4: after haven't receive nothing
So what u people think about my case where is that stuck and what r they doing with it.
Pls give me answer
One thing is sure maximum what they can do just consume our time that's it

Brother you will be getting some corespondent from visa office very soon. You can try ordering notes to find out what is going on with your file. Just check your mails, emails junk folder and spam folder for emails mails from visa office. What is your ecase says online?

It means case will progress after background checks. Usually means they're satisfied with the marriage/relationship overall.
As soon as the BG checks clear, should expect finalization of file (as long as meds are valid and RPRF paid already)

Asslamu alaykum Forum Family,

I received my notes today and found nothing new. But i did come across a discrepancy that i over looked in my notes from last year and may be the reason for the interview (I'm assuming).

This never took place but immigration thinks that apparently when I was still too young for this and in high school i was engaged and tried to sponsor someone. My imaginary fiance's name I've never heard before. I even asked my mom and she was like okay what is immigration going to think of next to delay your case (she's just as frustrated as we are).

My question is do I inform them of this discrepancy in a letter or do I just wait for our interview which in next week and tell them over the phone? Thoughts will be appreciated. Keeping everyone in my duas we all are reunited with our spouses and families before Ramadan starts.

How long Islamabad usually take to stamp visa and send passport back?


My case was in Islamabad, and its been the 3rd week that my passport is with them! My ecas is still "in process"

Kindly tell me, if they make delays!
