CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

Salam guys,

I have a question. I got married (just nikah) in 2011 but then I divorced my wife in June 2012. I never applied for her sponsorship by the way .As I was not aware I had to get divorce ceritificate from Nadra before I remarry, I got it late in Sep 2013 just before my second marriage which was in Sep 2013. I have applied for sponsorship of my wife. I got acknowledgment from London visa office in June 2014 and few days ago I got this letter from visa office that my Nadra divorce certificate has "Authority Granting Divorce" as Husband side . Visa officer thinks it should have been Artbitray council or court. Futher more in my certificate Date of Notice is June 2012 and Date of failure of conciliation is June 2012 and Effective of Divorce is June 2012 as well. Visa officer also pointed out that Iddat 90 day period was not observed before issuance of divorce. They want evidence that council was involved and granted the divorce and that 90 day iddat period was also observed. How can I convince and provide evidence for that. If i fail to do this then my spouse application would be refused. I am really depressed and confused and frustrated at the moment. Please help me.

You must Consult a good Lawyer and take a verdict from Family Civil Court and provide them. So they will be convinced because it'll be an authentic evidence provided by the Court.

Dear Forum Members I need help

With Bless of Allah my husband got interview call on March 23. He also received an email for remedial as well.
However here is a little bit situation.

I sponsored my husband with his two dependent sons from
his previous marriage as non accompany,.According to their divorce agreement kids will stay with mother.
However upfront medical was done for all of them at the time of application .

Now when we open email for remedial it was only for his one son and he was addressed as applicant.
In the interview letter they mentioned they sent email for remedial.
According to my knowledge non accompany dependent do not need to go for remedial.If they need to than we should receive request for all of them.
What I can think it could be an error as his first and last name is same.
We have given 30days.How we should report it.Which email address we should use. Please guide us.

i dont think so they can reject you on this ground but i can advice you that dont do any missrepresentation because this would be ground in future .this thing is not in immigration law of canada it is our religious law so we fallow it any way we want weather we get certificate of it or not best of luck ,by the way they also wrote the date of issuance of certificate ? if yes it should be later than other dates and the between period is iddat time .

My husband medical was done on 17 Dec and after tha they ask for his police certificate and schedule A and we send that and they rcved it on 2 Feb but after that we didn't heard anything ??? Should i email at lLondon office ya fr Kya karo ?? Any idea kab tak mujhy koe rresponse milay ga meri ecas be abhi in.process hai DM nae hue plz koe idea DA Ka kab tak kuch update huga .

congrats , and i think non accompany family members of applicants should also undergo medical examination before granting visa so no problem you can go get their medical exam on your behalf rather than bothering CIC peoples .you are almost there please also pray for us .

when i was asked to ppr by vac procedure then i was very confused and nobody their knew about this procedure.
then i goto vac for info then they collected my pp and sent
u may say that i m first in this forum who sent his pp via vac

Hi Guys,

I've been visiting this forum for the past year. I'm sponsoring my husband to come here and we're almost to the finish line, Alhumdulilah. I was wondering how long it takes for ppr 2 to come, as that is what we're waiting for. My husband got his ppr 1 on January 12th, was wondering when we could expect ppr 2? Any ideas? Thank you to whoever replies. It will be greatly appreciated

it will take minnimum two months for ppr2 may b u got early bcz cic proceedure is upgrading to fast way.

i have very important question and difficult question here, LVO send a medical for my daughter but we dont have any documents like bay form and birth certificate and passport i already sent them to embassy so what should i do because when you go for medical they ask for original identification. i will really appreciate for your help.
