i got an email from cic asking me to provide the ** UPDATED proof of permanent residency in canada** can anyone help me wat to send plz...

Hi. I will send all my passport photocopies, my utility bills, account transaction the rent or mortgage you paying transaction etc. they just want to know that you are currently reside in Canada.

As far as I know If this your contact phone number with the visa office than inform them through email or fax but don't forget your information like file number full name and address and when you fax it make sure the applicant sign it. If it's not your contact number with visa office just skip it and when you send additional proof later than mention or highlight it. Maybe some senior members can give your better hint. Thanks

i m asked for sponsor proofs of residency in canada
i sent his phone bills, utility bills, bank transactions, car lease agreement, insurance paper, western union receipts , job letter pay stubs and car speeding ticket

all these things to show that he is currently residing in canada not to show he is permanent resident but hopefully the things are much similar if u just prove ur residency in canada

can u tell who is ur visa officer ?

Salam send them more proof of your ongoing relationship. Like phone bills, chats and chat history you may have. I pray In Sha Allah this goes fast for you....

Jazak Allah for ur response. Immigration assumed that our daugter and I want to remain in Pk even after hubby recieves his visa and we have no intention to return to Canada this was found out through our oct notes.

Otherwise as per notes we have beeen placed in interview queue for this reason they believe the marriage to be genuine bc of our daughter allhumdullilah. Have yet to receive a date for interview. But inshalllah due to additional docs sent in Nov and Jan we've been removed. So I submitted additional docs in Nov pertaining to my job starting in March insha Allah. Also we r returning to Canada Feb 24. I also submitted a copy of our one way tickets to Canada and a plea for husband to accompany us for our 28 month old daughter's sake. Pls make dua for us.

Insha allah ur back is doing better. Has ur husband found a job yet?

I received an email saying that 'your processed visa has been dispatched to the vac' at 1am then at 10am got the call to go pick up the visa. the passport was returned after 56 days.

the total time was 22 months. we applied april 2013.

I received an email saying that 'your processed visa has been dispatched to the vac' at 1am then at 10am got the call to go pick up the visa. the passport was returned after 56 days.

the total time was 22 months. we applied april 2013.

I got PPR on 3 Dec as well. I hope to hear good news soon inshAllah. COngrats!

Unable to find any tracking number for 27th Jan. Seems like they did not send any PP yesterday.
