My husband apply in Sep 2012
then in july 2014 rec an email regarding the transfer of file to LVO with file number
in Nov 2014 get request for medical its 2nd medical my medical done on 19th nov 2014(all communication rec on my husband email address, i never ever get any letter in hard form)
few days back my husband get email that CIC requested few doc from me and they didnt get any reply while i donot get any letter from CIC.My residential address on my Application form is correct.

what is this actualy i m much worried abt my status. No update on website status as it was last update on nov 4th 2014.

Not to worry as it happens frequently and CIC knows it well. Since you'd provided your residential address, it was possible that letter got misplaced by the Post Office. It is always encouraged to communicate by email.
You ( or your hubby ) should write to CIC with all the facts and request the letter to be sent by email. In the meantime, you could gather all the required papers and accordingly send them by courier service.

this is actually what happened to me few days back i was so upset but i sent an email with the requested documents and proofs hope they will give a positive response now

Dint you provide your email id in your application forms?
Now you DO NOT need to write that you never got letter or any justifications like that. All you need to do is to gather the requested docs and send them ASAP with your updated EMAIL ID.

My husband email address is there and he got the emails regarding any document or process.
if they ask something in hard form do they send the email as well?
My husband reply them with all the evidences and documents what we have provided them earlier and also all the correspondence CIC made.

If you are the applicant; why correspondence is being done with sponsor? Is that something they asked about your husband from him or was that about the case? You SHOULD provide them your email address too. They send Emails most of the time but if the email id is not provided then they do it with mail option.

Plz tell how long it took, from sending in your passport to getting it back. Did you receive today, around what time?
Can you please share your TCS tracking # also?

They received my husbands passport on Nov 21 and we received it back on dec 24. Sorry I couldn't share the tcs number we got so bz I asked him to come asap so he left on 26 and he arrived here on 26th. I had my first baby on 17th dec and so I had asked MP to email Islamanbad they replied after a week and told that paper work has been completed. I don't know if due to MPs email they returned it before the holidays. But any way he is here now and sure it feels good.
