Yes I agree with you that baby addition may remove her from IQ. may I ask why are you in IQ? what was the red flag?

The reason for our red flag because LVO has misunderstood that I and our daughter both Canadian born want to remain in Pakistan after my husband receives his visa.
We actually are staying in Pakistan with husband and want to travel back with him as our 27 month old daughter will not stay without her dad in Canada.

Immigration doesn't understand the meaning of family!!!

I've since submitted additional documents such as Job letter

As you are living in Pakistan for a long time that means your are either citizen or the national of CA right?

It should be, but Visa approval comes from LVO to ISB so that might effect ISB processing as well.

It should be, but Visa approval comes from LVO to ISB so that might effect ISB processing as well.

In my opinion they hv already given approval as it is given in ppr2 tht visa is ready to b issued...thts y they reffered to isb...might b i m wrong,whatever the case may be,Allah has plans for us n we will b done v soon in shaa Allah

Both my daughter and I are born in Canada.

Immigration doesn't take into consideration how our child or children are effected when their dad or mom are not living with them in the same country.

IMM5744E Section C fill in your last name first name and email address if you'd like them to email you the notes opposed to CD (unless it's too large a file for email than it will be up to them)

Salam Everyone.. i have sent my wifes passport a month ago they said it will be back within 2 weeks of time.. now its been a month havnt heard anything... it starting to worry me more day by day.. i sent them an email and havn't heard anything back.. anyone having same issue? or any action should i take..?

wait for another week n thn inquire thru ur mp...its normal time period n mostly it take 1-1.5 months n we also hv a broter here on this forum omer qureshi whose pp return took 120 days
