yes that's the two important paper's,,,COPR or landing paper wht ever u call

Yes. One COPR with your Photograph and one without it.

no specific timeline for MP to respond. it all depends how quickly they will get a hold of CIC & how nice CIC is in responding on that day
usually its about 2-3 weeks before they get a response from CIC.

I checked my husbands status online today & at #3 it now says they have him in for an interview.
The thing is though.. He hasn't been asked for a re-medical or anything else.. Is that normal?
He also hasn't recieved a letter or anything informing him of the interview yet so i don't know if the re-medical will be with it or.. ?
It would be soo helpful if some of you seniors could give an answer to help ease our minds .

I am wondering if anyone knows if Shamail Haider ( one of the forum members) got the grace period on his visa. He was the one who received his passport back right before two days his visa was expiring. I am not sure if he is still active as he already received his passport. I am just curious as my husband medical is going to expire soon.

I applied in december of 2012, the case was transferred to islamabad in january of 2013 & nothing since then until today.
Noo.. I have no idea why he was put in for an interview.
& yes there is a date for the interview.. January 27, 2015.

Alhamdolilah i also got ppr on 1 dec n submitted yesterday,now waiting 4 the big day when this ordeal wil b finly over,in shaa Allah...may Allah help all of us n ease this process n we b united wid over spouses v soon,aameen sum ameen.......

Walaikum aslam MonaF,

My husband is also in interview queue and no remedical. Our ECAS dosen't state anything nor have we received a letter only know about the interview from notes that I had ordered on his file in Oct 2014.
