i applied for my wife in may 2013.... I got a letter with in one month that my file was transferred to isb... In july 2014 again i got a letter that file was transferred to london uk. So far no more updates..
Is any onehere who had the same thing and if someone one got medical request erc??

my wiif's file was also transferred to london from isb in june 2014.

My husband shipped his Passport from Peshawar to Islamabad office.

He used TCS and he was told that he can't pay for the return delivery and they will deliver it to the address he provided and then he can pay for it there. (the letter had stated to pay for both way delivery)

Anyone who has experience with his please comment. Does this make sense?

Shukar alhumdulillah, we have received passport back with visa. Here is our timeline:

Husband Case
Applied March 16, 2012
Sponsor approved July 18, 2012
Re-PCC, Additional docs and re-medical request received in November 2013
Medical assessment date recorded on file Dec 10, 2013
Passport Request Oct 31, 2014
CHC rec'd Nov 5, 2014
Passport returned Nov 12, 2014
Visa issued date Oct 31, 2014, expiry date Dec 11, 2014. Tracking number : 23014689037

I am confused about how much evidences should we send when they reqest evidences for the relationship .
Anyone please guide me that how much evidences are sufficent.?

You can send everything which u hav not send yet or any evidence that took place after your last docs submission... "How much" don't matter ... Some time there are people who send hardly 50 pics and there are people like me who send in 100s... They only wants to see u r still together and in contact... Send ur calls record skype fb and visits history...

Can someone please help?

I got the following email from chc twice. Once i got in dec 2013 and second time this month november 2014. Both times they are requesting same info. Does it mean that they are not satisfied with the application forms and info i am providing them. Here is e email.

"- A. Please properly and truthfully complete the IMM8, Schedule-A and IMM5406, and Supplementary Information forms. Please ensure that you do not leave any time periods unaccounted for. Pay particular attention to questions 08-12 of the Schedule-A form and provide all details since the age of 18 years. Please do not leave any question unanswered/blank. If any question is not applicable to you, quote “Not Applicable.

- B. Proof of your sponsor’s income and adequate financial arrangements by your sponsor for your care and support in Canada.



- C. Documentary proof of your sponsor’s residency in Canada, including but not necessarily limited to, copies of your sponsor’s passport pages showing entry/exit stamps, rent receipts, utility bills and Notice of Assessments from your sponsor for the last two years."

Please advise why they are asking for same info twice with one year gap. Also i am wife who is sponsoring her husband and i have mostly resided in pakistan eith him so what proof can i show for points b and c. I dont have income.

basic problem in ur case is ur staying in Pakistan,,r u citizen or pr card holder..they want proof that u will return to canada

visits to spouse and passport with entry exit visas
NICOP card with your spouses name on it
