they are not changing address..when you email LVO you always recieve a reply from 1 grosvenor street and whenever they ask for additional documents they will mention 38 grosvenor and FYI its a same street in london

So it's true, they are moving offices. Last communication I got from LVO had the address stating "38 Grosvenor Street". Looks like you got a reply from "1 Grosvenor Square".

You will get it from there ,,Where your nikkah was registered so if its registered in Islamabad then you will have to go and get it from there.

i sent this message to LVO
Dear Sir/Madam
According to the last message that i have received from Canadian High Commission London that after I provide you with my upgraded passport copies and Updated Chart. I should send my passport to Pakistan embassy for visa issuance after two weeks and my passport will be returned within two weeks and if not I should let u know So that is the reason of my Message today. I have sent my passport on 8 September 2014 and haven't received back yet. Kindly let me Inform.

Hello guys
I applied in March 2013 and file transferred to LVO on June 19th 2014. The status of application is Decesion made. Bt the status was same before the file transferred to LVO. Now 3 months passed and there is no communication from LVO. Till now I did not RCv remedical request. What u people think?

You will have to visit arbituary council ( salsi council) if it is islamabad registered for marriage certificate.
It is right near Numl university. I think you should visit urself. But you may also give an authority letter to someone which should be attested by a grade 17 or above officer along with orginal nikah nama and cnic. you can call and confirm the procedure before acting on it. Will save your time.

i received an email from LVO:

Please be advised that we have received your recent submission. I note, however, that you have submitted three documents, which are unsatisfactory, for our purposes.

You have submitted a Nikah Nama, with an accompanying translation. This is in response to our request for the marriage registration certificate. Please be advised that the marriage registration certificate is a separate document, issued by the Union Council.

You have submitted a birth certificate for your child. This certificate does not include the father's details. We require a long form birth certificate, which includes the father's details.

You have submitted a receipt for the payment of the RPRF. This receipt does not include the receipt number, which identifies the payment. Please submit the full receipt, including the receipt number.

Please submit the marriage registration certificate, long form birth certificate including the father's details, and a copy of the full RPRF receipt, including the identifying receipt number, within 30 days.

now what shoudl we do here? my in laws have my nikah nama and they get it translated from toronto, but here they are saying they need marriage registration certificate, so tell me where to get this in Pakistan? my nikah was registered in islamabad, so should i go there?
and as for long form my wife told me when she got that form to fill it,there was no father detail in the form, she asked them and they said when the father i.e me i will come there then they will issue a new form..
also should i post them again or send them via email?

My marriage was registered in islamabad as well. I was asked to submit an urdu nikah nama or a marriage certificate.... Since islamabad is a capital territory, n it has no union councils, so it's impossible to provide them a marriage certificate... I was only able to get that translated from the kachehri in F8 and got it attested from the foreign office islamabad. After submitting these dox i have not heard from the lvo so far.... I hope they realize this difference n don't get stubborn over their demand of a marriage certificate.

For islamabad registered marriages, you get marriage certificate from arbituary council which is the salsi council. I got it from there twice.
