After looking at all this I realized one thing that it is really important to keep yourself updated through GCMS notes as well as update your VO by sending additional proofs .. They want us to not take this process for granted.. They want to see quality and quantity of our proof ..


And yes dont email documents .. Courier so you can also track .. A few thousand rupees will save you a few months..

I have no idea... they are exactly the same in terms of signature ... fortunately i had requested the Qazi to fill and stamp both for me.

Did your English nikah nama had signatures of both bride and groom? What's wrong about that?
I also sent nikah nama in English but we didn't have any urdu nikah nama. I also sent marriage certificate.

Nothing is wrong about English Nikah nama apart from the fact that LVO doesn't know that Nikah nama is also available in English. I guess they need to update their guide

its not english nikah nama they are concerned about its the proof of ruksati and valima and post marrige proof to confider marrige as bona fida so they will be fine with small explaination that we have filled our nikah nama in english and as far as your case is concerned if they have above mentioned docs with them alonge with your english nikah nama they will be fine and its always safe to have a marrige cerificate from nadra

yeah as per LVO's email it is in london but the last correspondence i received was in jan'14 from islamabad so i don't even know..been waiting for ppr for 5 + months now.. lets see!

proxy marriage is when you or spouse are both not present at the same place for marriage... meaning marriage over phone, over skype (video), etc etc.... and you have your designated representatives (waqeels) giving permission on your behalf at the place of the marriage... hope this helps...
