Just have a quick question maybe someone will be able to help me out. There is a form that needs to be filled out before the visa
issued. The first question that needs Applicant information as well as sponsors just wondering if both sponsor and principal applicant have to feel this part?

if sponsor has listed him or herself as representative , should they not get the email as well?

ya maybe you are right. don't know much about the representative thing because we didn't do it that way. Ill provide you guys with the email addresses and you can add it to contacts and ask your spouse to do the same so that the email directly lands in the inbox

If its the PHEP [Height, eye color etc] form you are talking about then only the applicant needs to fill it.

If they respect the due date, you should see a change in your file progression (either ecas changing or receiving any sort of correspondence). That being said, I can't tell you 100% if the VO is going to oblige. He/She according to rules should contact around that date (Islamabad was notorious for skipping due dates). However, LVO doesn't seem to be behaving like ISB.

If Interview is waived, you will see hints in your notes sections. Like for example, "Marriage is genuine" or "Relationship deemed OK". (This most likely means interview waived).

Thanks hubby chubby. Will my ECAS will change on that date? Also i received my first ever notes yesterday and there was nothing concrete in 33 pages except for a small note that someone made in Dec 2013, basically it contains summery of the facts and it was recommended to ask for RPCC and confirms that information provided is consistent with FOSS. I am not sure what that means.

How can i find out if i am queued for interview or it is waived from the notes?

Generically, nothing concrete. They will say its in process or in queue to be reviewed by an VO.
